Why are your products limited in quantity?
Most Obillie garments are produced in small runs or limited editions. This allows us to work slowly, respectfully, and closely with artisans. Some pieces may exist in as few as ten units worldwide.
Why does my piece look different from the website?
Since each piece is crafted and handmade by our artisans, your item is unique and may not match the website images 100%.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
What if a style sells out?
Many Obillie garments are produced in extremely limited quantities. Once a piece sells out, it may not return.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Obillie ships worldwide through our international logistics partners.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a shipment is in transit, we are unable to reroute it.
